In the case of C25 concrete, this concrete has a compressive strength of 25 megapascals (MPa). As concrete grades range from C8 to C40, C25 concrete has a mid level of strength.

This is because it is more cost-effective than stronger concrete types, but still offers a level of strength that is more than sufficient for general use cases.
