OUR ACCREDITATIONS
Here at iMix, we’re immensely proud of the accreditations we have within the industry, showing them respect and reputation we’ve earned from our industry’s governing bodies and authorities. However, we know that without description, just listing our accreditations might not mean much to some. To make things clearer, we’ve broken down what our accreditations are and what they mean.
The British Standards Institution is the national standards body of the UK. BSI produce standards on a wide range of products and services. iMix concrete are certified BSI members and as such we have strict quality control measures constantly in place.
FORS is a Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme for companies that operate a fleet of vehicles. To hold the Silver FORS accreditation, we have demonstrated that all our driver licences’ and endorsements are verified through the Driver and Vehicle Licencing Agency (DVLA). Plus, all our vehicles over 3.5 tonnes are equipped with a left turn audible warning system and are fitted with blind spot minimisation devices.
Constructionline membership ensures that iMix Concrete follows the required standards set out for PAS 91, which regularly checks the efficiency of providing products and services to public and private sector buyers.
Acclaim accreditation relates to SSIP Safety Schemes in Procurement. iMix are members of this scheme, which ensures Health & Safety processes are met within all operational areas of the company.
