A sand and cement based mix with maximum aggregate size of 4mm, used for final finish on internal floors such as houses and extensions.
Benefits:
Available with or without fibres. Be sure to factor in enough time for drying. This is estimated by BS 8203 to be one day per millimetre of screed, up to a maximum thickness of 50mm. Refer to BS 8203 to find out more on drying times.
